It Shows Up in Different Ways
Sometimes it shows up in the difficulty of moving on from a breakup.
Other times, as the ongoing weight of what’s happening in our country and in the world. It might come with the exhaustion of a life transition you did or didn’t choose. And sometimes there isn’t a clear story at all. Sometimes it’s just a heaviness that lingers, and you can’t name its source.
You’ve probably tried a lot of things already.
-
Therapy, hoping it would help you make sense of it and give you tools to move forward.
-
Talking with friends, hoping that saying some of it out loud would make it feel smaller or at least make you feel less alone.
-
Journaling to put down the things you couldn’t share with another person.
-
And then there’s distraction—sometimes healthy, like throwing yourself into projects or routines, sometimes unhealthy, like too much scrolling or YouTube, just to get through the day.
-
Maybe you’ve even pushed yourself to smile, to stay upbeat, to keep moving, because that’s what you think people expect. That kind of inauthentic positivity only makes it go underground, where it doesn’t disappear, it just waits for the next chance to surface.
The truth is, after all of this, it’s still with you.
You notice it in your body when your chest feels tight. You discover it again after days when you thought it had lifted. You find it creeping back in during quiet moments on a walk, at night before bed, or even when you’re laughing with friends and suddenly it washes over you.
You’re not looking for another way to analyze it or pick apart the story.
You’re looking for something that actually helps it move and progress. In a way that works with your body, mind, and spirit that doesn’t erase what mattered or ask you to let go of the love, but invites you to release the weight and carry the meaning forward.

I Know What it's like to Hold Loss that barley moves or lifts
When my 8-year partnership ended three years ago, it began a season that tested me on every level. The experience didn’t replay in my mind. It landed in my chest so forcefully that it affected my health. Nights were spent staring at the ceiling, wondering how I was going to make it through another day.
At the same time, the world was still carrying its own waves of loss.
The Covid-19 pandemic and the murders of George Floyd, along with many other Black people, shook me to my core. As a woman of color, I felt that collective loss alongside my personal loss.
And layered with both was the slow, ongoing loss that comes with having chronic illness and physical pain. Living with Lupus since 2008 has meant losing hair, losing energy, losing hope, and losing trust in my body.
I tried everything I could think of during my break-up. I was in therapy weekly. I was in recovery meetings daily. I was tapping and having reparenting check-ins multiple times a day. They gave me insight or temporary relief, but loss kept its own timeline.
Some days, I could trust it was moving. Other days, I felt abandoned by Spirit, left behind, or even punished. I felt like a spiritual orphan, lost at sea, trying to figure life out alone.
That season became the ground where the seeds of SWEET RELEASE were planted.
And during that time of growth and tending, I eventually learned this:
loss, heartbreak, and difficult thresholds are living sacred passages that can lead to inspiration, freedom, and spiritual steadiness.

About This Fall Flower Intensive
The SWEET RELEASE Flower Intensive is a 4-week journey that gently guides you in the process of turning loss into inspiration, freedom and spiritual steadiness. It’s structured, but spacious. Intentional, but never overwhelming. Simple and steady.
This Fall Flower Intensive was created out of a season of loss. I wanted to offer a rhythm I (and you) could return to and something that supports without adding more to manage.
When you sign up, you’ll receive a 1oz flower essence blend called SWEET RELEASE and an audio course that corresponds to the teachings of the flowers. Each week, you'll receive an audio drop to your program portal that centers on a specific flower and explores a theme related living in SWEET RELEASE energy.
There’s no timeline to follow with the flower intensives. You can listen when you have the capacity. You can take the drops at your own pace. You can take 4 weeks or 4 months to go through this curated journey. Everything is welcome.
After loss, heartbreak, or a threshold you didn’t choose, it’s easy to feel like life has stalled. Grief has a way of staying with you—sometimes obvious, sometimes quiet in the background—leaving you unsure how to move forward or what it would take to feel steady again.
The SWEET RELEASE Flower Intensive offers a guided journey for that sacred passage. Inside you’ll find structure and support that works gently in the background as you rebuild trust in yourself, in love, and in the guidance that still surrounds you.

Sandee
“Working with Michele and the flower essences came at exactly the right time. I was moving through a major physical healing process, and this work helped me slow down, not just physically, but mentally and emotionally. That’s always been hard, but something about this experience softened me. It reminded me that rest has value, that my worth isn’t tied to how much I do. The blends supported me on levels I didn’t even expect. I found myself becoming more intuitive, more present, more in tune with the natural cycles around me. I used to resist stillness, and now I feel like it’s teaching me how to live. This work didn’t just help me physically heal, it opened me up.”

There's a Gap in the Flower Essence Industry
On one end, you have digital apothecaries with single blends and checkout buttons. On the other, you have long-term mentorships or 1:1 custom work that require a deeper financial investment and time commitment.
Floral Alchemy Flower Intensives sit in the middle. They are guided journeys with a blend that’s been formulated for a specific emotional and energetic arc. They offer containment, teaching, and practical integration without the commitment or price point of private work.
The flower-intensive approach also speaks a different language.
I've found that too many flower essence practitioners don’t explain the essences clearly. They can glaze over it, copy paste what someone else has said, stay too far in the abstract, or they ask people to intuit what the essence is doing without offering real-life context.
That’s not how I or these flower intensives work. These intensives are built to bridge the energetic with the everyday. My mission is to ground subtle body medicine into real life so you understand exactly how these flowers support emotional healing and practical living.
Each week will teach you what the plant ally is doing and how to work with it in a tangible way. I'm tired of fluff and hyper-mysticism. I'm here for real medicine, offered in a way you can actually understand and use.
The SWEET RELEASE Flower Intensive is a simple, steady invitation to Work With Loss
You're invited to journey with a handcrafted flower essence blend, listen at your leisure to a short weekly teaching (on a walk, while doing dishes in the bath...), and notice what begins to shift when you give yourself space.
It was created to walk with you through loss and transition in a way that feels steady and supportive, not like another thing on your to-do list.
Through this experience, you might…
-
Notice the tightness of loss loosening allowing more breath and space in your body
-
Feel less weighed down by the past and more open to what’s ahead
-
Recognize truths about your loss that bring clarity and relief
-
Experience moments of renewal like more energy, connection, and willingness to engage Life
-
Rebuild trust in your resilience and in the support that surrounds you
-
Let love feel freer no longer tied to what ended, but available to what's there in new forms
-
Develop a rhythm of release that you can return to when loss lingers
-
Sense when inspiration returns through small sparks of creativity, hope, or possibility
-
Move through your days with a steadier connection to both meaning and bonevolent guidance

There has never been a more important time than now to do this particular work.
The world is uncertain right now.
There’s grief, conflict, injustice, and change unfolding all around us.
And yet, our ability to keep moving with steadiness and meaning is more needed than ever.
Tending to the impact of loss isn’t self-indulgent or something to hide away.
We need people who can honor loss without being consumed by it.
People who can release what no longer serves, while carrying forward what really matters.
People who can trust their own timing and walk through thresholds with presence.
SWEET RELEASE is an intentional space for that kind of support.
It’s a rhythm of release that meets you gently, helping you move what’s heavy so you can breathe easier, stay connected, and keep living with purpose in uncertain times.

What People Are Saying About Floral Alchemy Blends

Meet the Creator of SWEET RELEASE
Hi! My name is Michele.
I’m a flower essence practitioner, mentor for women, and the founder of Floral Alchemy Apothecary.
My work supports women who are navigating loss, heartbreak, and life transitions and helps them find emotional steadiness, release what’s heavy, and carry forward what matters.
I created SWEET RELEASE after living through a season of loss that tested me on every level. The plants that came to me in that time, Yerba Santa, Bleeding Heart, and Angelica, showed me that loss is a passage.
This intensive was built from that lived experience. It’s a guided process where you can work with these flower allies, receive clear teachings, and have space for your own timing.
The intention isn’t to fix you or erase what happened. It’s to give you a steady rhythm of release so you can breathe easier, feel supported, and move forward with more freedom and trust.
