Hello! I'm Michele.
I'm many things, and for the purpose of this intro, I'm a flower essence teacher and practitioner, creator of a flower oracle deck, 10-year coach, and therapist-in-training.
I’ve spent much of my adult life studying how people grow and change, both professionally and through my own personal work. Over the years, I’ve worked with people through coaching, recovery, education, and now psychotherapy training, while also developing a close relationship with flower essences and the ways they can support personal growth.
LIQUID DREAMS brings those parts of my work together: years of experience helping people understand themselves and move toward what they want, alongside the flower work that has become central to how I approach change.

Introductions
Take your first drops on our first coaching call and meet the spirit of your flower ally.
Drops
Take your flower essence throughout the 8-weeks and get to know the flower in your everyday life.
If you finish a bottle, I’ll send you another.
Coaching
Across four private sessions, we explore what’s happening in your life and work with the qualities of your flower in relation to what you want.
Reflection
Between sessions, send me updates, questions, and what you noticie. I’ll respond with voice-note support to help you make sense of it all.
Integration
End with a final session to look at what changed, what you learned, and set goals for carrying those changes forward in your life.
