My life and work are shaped by an unwavering commitment to growth and understanding how people change.
It started with choosing to major in Psychology and then making a sharp left turn my senior year into the field of elementary education. Since then, I've built a career in education, grown a coaching business, immersed myself in recovery work, and I’m now in graduate school training to become a therapist. I’ve also spent years studying and practicing energy work and developing my intuition.
Flower essences became part of this larger foundation after a significant heartbreak in 2022 and an extended season of grief. Even with years of experience in personal development and healing spaces, working with flowers introduced me to something very different. During this time, I began to understand subtle energy through direct experience and to recognize my unique relationship with the flowers.
