If this is your first time hearing the term "savage patterns"..​.

​​​Savage patterns are learned emotional responses that still show up even when you understand them mentally.

They developed for a reason.

 

At some point, they helped you manage something difficult or protect yourself. That part of it makes sense.

By now, you’ve probably spent time looking at these patterns in therapy, with a coach, or had a great awakening reading a self-help book. You can name and track where they come from. You’ve put real attention into understanding yourself.

And that matters.

In the simplest terms...

 

It’s not nothing.

At the same time, understanding something hasn’t fully changed what happens when you’re in it.

There’s a point where the reaction starts, and your body is already moving in a familiar direction. That’s usually where the gap is.

And this is where you start to build lasting change.

The ability to stay with yourself as the pattern is happening, and make a different move from there.

That’s what it means to embody the antidote.

It’s less about knowing what the right response is, and more about being able to access it when it actually matters.

And that’s the focus of this mastery session.

What to Expect From the Mastery Session

You’ll have more awareness of what’s happening in your body as it builds, so it doesn’t feel like it comes out of nowhere.

You’ll leave with a way of responding that you can try the next time it shows up, based on how you actually operate.

Hi, I'm Michele.

I understood my patterns long before I could change them.

After years of therapy and personal work, I could explain where they came from and why they made sense. But that knowledge didn’t stop them from showing up with a vengence.

Over time, I started to see my savage patterns differently.

Instead of being random,  I finally got that they were conditioned responses I practiced over and over again. They could take over quickly, almost like something instinctive kicking in.

What finally changed things for me wasn’t more insight. It was learning how to stay conscious when that activation started, instead of getting carried away by it.

This is the work I offer now.

This session is for anyone who's self-aware and wants their behavior to match what they understand. The focus isn’t on analyzing yourself further. It’s on what happens in the moment where that conditioned response starts to take over, and learning how to meet it without letting it run the show.

How It Works

  1. To book your session, follow the button below and choose a time that works for you.

  2. There is a short form to fill out to book.

  3. Sessions are $111, and payment will be collected upon booking.

  4. We'll meet for a 60-minute session via Zoom (if local, we can discuss the possibility of in-person sessions). 

  5. If you desire ongoing support, you’ll have the option to book follow-up sessions or purchase a package.
