My role encompassed comprehensive project management and creative operations support, including:
• Leading timeline creation, task breakdown, and day-to-day project coordination
• Collaborating with Pilar on strategic decision-making, including messaging and member transition strategy
• Developing and executing a promotional campaign to support member retention and new enrollment
• Overseeing rebranding implementation across platforms (e.g., updating graphics, paywalls, and membership page content)
• Writing and scheduling email communications to guide members through the shift
• Holding the larger vision while tracking and tending to the many logistical details required to bring the new membership container to life
In this multi-phase project, I served as the project lead and strategic collaborator for a major restructuring and rebranding of Pilar Marie Lesko’s membership container. Initially offered as a single-tier membership called Eden, the program had previously evolved into two separate tracks—one focused on Energy Mastery and the other on business development. In Fall 2024, we initiated a full redesign, bringing the membership back to a unified offering focused solely on business support under a new identity: The Hive.
This project demanded both big-picture thinking and granular execution, from energetic alignment to backend delivery. The successful launch of The Hive in January 2025 marked a significant evolution of Pilar’s business model, and I was honored to support it from vision to launch.
