For the past three years, I’ve worked with flower essences every single day. What started as a desperate cry for help became a steady practice, and over time, I’ve moved far beyond the basics.
I’ve had experiences with flower essences that feel almost impossible to put into words. Moments of clarity, emotional release, and subtle shifts that changed the way I see myself and the world around me. These aren’t things you can fully understand from reading a description on a checkout page. They come from showing up, listening, and allowing the plants to work with you.
