Your Love Identity Explained

Your identity is who you are, the way you think about yourself, the way you are viewed by the world and the characteristics that define you.

So often we can get locked into this idea that your identity is fixed or that you have just one.

I believe your identity is fluid and that you can have multiple in different areas of your life and having more than one still means you can be aligned and authentic!

I've worked with women with generalized identity issues and who want nothing more than to know who they are because somewhere along the way they lost themselves for some reason or another.

In my group program @datewithdepth I have a three step framework to help women get the results they want.

Having a strong love identity means being rooted in your desire.

Having a strong love identity means deciding who you are and who you don’t want to be.

Having a strong love identity is having a clear vision for the love you want to create.

It’s creating a list of ideal qualities for your current or potential partner.

It’s identifying your yellow and reg flags from your past relationship history.

It’s creating customized healthy dating and relationship timeline that takes your values, boundaries and needs into account. You take into account ways you might have abandoned yourself and commit to honoring yourself more.

The work it takes to build a strong identity is so beneficial because when you do you feel right in the driver’s seat of your love life with direction and motivation to find and create a relationship that lights you up and inspires you and brings out the best of who you are.

A relationship that is in alignment.

Sometimes deciding who you are in dating and relationships is deciding who you’ll never be again.
